[In a very serious, business tone, Abel's answering machine sounds after any attempted calls that aren't responded to right away.]
You've reached Abel. I am not available at the moment, but I'll get back to you as soon as I can. If this is urgent, leave the line open.
And if this is Fitz I hope you're having a good day.

[Which, he's thinking of the conversation he'd had with Aerith, how much is too much, when does it become weird, and should he even be worrying about it? Hard to tell.] By the way, what's your favorite flower, if you have one? Aerith asked me and I had no idea. I don't think I even know what mine is...

Thinking of sending me more flowers?

[It was fun to deliver them too, even if it was to apologize.]
That and I think I like thinking up gifts. It's not really something I've done much of, but I've enjoyed it when I've gotten the chance to.

I love chocolate too. Or baked goods, anything sweet really. It wasn't on offer in the mess. Fresh fruit too. Honestly, the food here is so much better and I feel spoiled when I get to have pancakes for breakfast.
The next port that has good options, I'll treat you. No reason not too.

I think I owe you a good three of something now and maybe I'm being too loose with those. Or you'll have to start calling them in before they stack up too high.

I was thinking country side swimming but beach is also good. Especially when you don't have to worry about getting all the sand out of everywhere once you leave, definitely a bonus.
[Though that does make him curious, considering what he knows about the enclosure.] Can you get a sunburn in there? And if you had fake, enclosure generated sunscreen, would that be enough to prevent it?

Not sure about the sunburn, might be something you could program to have present or not? But I'd think if one could get sunburn in the Enclosure, then Enclosure generated sunscreen really ought to stop it. Just like how a generated shield blocks a generated sword. Only with solar radiation.

I'm not sure I want to get a sunburn to test it out, but I probably could use more sun. [Abel's skin isn't an unhealthy shade of white, just. Very white. All that time in space with no sun really doesn't help.] I hadn't thought about it but maybe I should ask Hilbert if I should be taking vitamin D supplements like I was back home...
[There is a short pause before-] And don't you get started on needing more D. Being in a room full of eighteen year old recruits for a lecture on standard procedures and meal plans before we shipped off, that was the only joke I heard for the next few hours on the shuttle before the last of them got bored of it.
