Abel isn't exactly surprised. Cain isn't one to do anything regularly, but he'll shut the door behind him, locking it.
"Oh! Thanks, I was just thinking about something to drink when I left..." he'll take a seat on his bed next to Cain, slipping off his shoes before grabbing his cup.
"Not exactly, I've got a few different machines on maintenance rotation so I have something to do every day, but taking a rowing machine apart to clean and grease it, it really isn't as satisfying as Starfighter maintenance."
It is nice that he asks though, Abel's smile in response is bright, leaning back on one hand, "how about yours?"
